Many teens are spending less time exercising and more time in front of the TV, computer ,or video games console. From fast food to electronics, poor health lifestyles are being led by our teenagers resulting in over weight  orunder weight children. Teenagers who may seem right for their weight, may not have the stamina, flexibility or strength they should have, due inadequate exercise regiments. . Heavy set teens have additional  health risks which may put them at
high risk  to acquire adult problems in their childhood. Possible health problems include pre –diabetes and diabetes , heart disease ,hypertension , hyperlipidemia, high cholesterol ,sleep apnea ,bone conditions, gastro-intetinal diseases , early puberty and psychological problems ,like poor self esteemand depression .The percentage of over weight teens in India’s Metro is growing at an alarming rate, with 1 out of 5 kids now considered overweight or obese.In addition to the risks to kids in childhood ,research over the last 40 years tells us that overweight kids are at greater risk of becoming obese adult with all the health problems associated with obesity lasting through their lifetime.  Images clinic junior incorporate a comprehensive program of diet and exercise to increase self esteem and improve self –image of all teens. Exercise is important for all children, if they are overweight, underweight or the right weight.  It is the first step to being fit. Fit teens result in Fit Adults which results in long, healthy and happy lives.
